These Terms govern your use of the ¿Cómo Estás? platform, operated by Tutore Vaughan S.L. By accessing the platform you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Tutore Vaughan S.L. provides an online platform for booking and attending live Spanish language classes via video conference. Access is granted subject to an active subscription or contract with ¿Cómo Estás?.
User Conduct
You agree not to (a) share your login credentials; (b) record sessions without prior written consent; (c) use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Tutore Vaughan S.L. is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the month preceding the claim.
Cancellations
Classes may be cancelled up to the time limit specified in your contract. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as attended sessions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Madrid, Spain.
